Back & Neck Pain

Picture
Back and neck pain are the most common problems treated with physical therapy.  Our therapists can effectively treat most acute (recent injury) and chronic (long-term pain) back and neck issues.  The goal is to reduce your pain, improve your mobility and return you to normal daily activities.  Hands-on therapy combined with exercise instruction and pain relief treatments will help restore health to your back and neck.  Physical therapy is often an effective alternative to back and neck surgery.

Commonly treated Neck and Back disorders:
  • Arthritis
  • Disc disorders (bulged/herniated or degenerative)
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Muscle strain
  • Postoperative patients

And, for most insurances, a physician's referral is not necessary.  Learn more about this option on our Direct Access page.

The state of Kansas is a “Direct Access” state for Physical Therapy.

You can begin physical therapy with or without a referral from a physician.
