COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, Peripheral Artery Disease, and Diabetes.   

Our physical therapists offer comprehensive, functionally based, goal oriented care that targets SPECIFIC CONDITIONS with evidence-based interventions – or to put it simply – we develop a specific program for you and your specific needs.
